![]() The Epicenter Athletic Club is focused on providing flexible fitness programs to assist our members in reaching their personal fitness goals. To accommodate a "Fast" paced society, we offer our members the option of 30 minute "fast fitness" training sessions as well as traditional 60 minute training sessions. "Fast Start" This program is great for the member who feels like everyone else in the gym knows more than they do and allows them the opportunity to work with a Certified Fitness Professional for five 30 minute "fast fitness" sessions*. Included in the "Fast Start" program is the Vitamin and Supplement Coach (VSC) interactive software that matches supplement combinations with member health, nutrition, and fitness goals. APEX Fast Fitness Members receive personalized Fast Fitness sessions with a Certified Fitness Professional to achieve long lasting fitness goals in the least amount of time. With the assistance of the APEX Fitness System, Fit Pro's structure individual fitness programs utilizing the 5 Components of Fitness (proper food intake, cardio, supplementation, resistance training and professional assistance).
